PATA inatoa fursa kwa wahudumu wa afya wanaoongoza kushiriki masomo, kujenga uwezo na kutetea huduma zinazozingatia haki, watu na zinazotolewa na wahudumu wa afya mabingwa katika mstari wa mbele wa kukabiliana na VVU.
